Over six weeks we'll explore:
Gentle yoga postures (Asana)
Breathwork (Pranayama)
Meditation
Mudras
Relaxation techniques
Simple yoga philosophy you can apply to everyday life
Your journey will conclude with a deeply restorative Sound Bath on 16th October, giving you the opportunity to relax, reflect, and celebrate everything you've learned throughout the course.
If you'd like to continue your practice after the course, you're warmly invited to keep the journey going with us. I offer 10-class packages as well as drop-in sessions, giving you the flexibility to continue at your own pace.

Our journey will finish with a deeply restorative Sound Bath on 26 October, allowing you to relax, reflect and celebrate everything you've learned.
Please note: This is a six-week course designed to be experienced as a complete journey, with each session building on the previous one. Before booking, please make sure you are able to attend all six classes (as well as the Sound Bath on 26 October, if possible).
As places are limited and the course is booked as a full programme, I’m unable to offer refunds or class credits for missed sessions.
Simply book your space, bring a yoga mat if you have one, and enjoy a supportive, friendly environment where everyone is welcome.
A sound bath is a deeply relaxing and meditative experience where you are immersed in the soothing vibrations of instruments such as crystal & himalayan singing bowls, chimes, and other therapeutic sounds. Rather than "bathing" in water, you are bathing in sound, allowing the gentle frequencies to help quiet the mind, release tension, and encourage a profound sense of calm and wellbeing.
During the session, you'll simply lie down, get comfortable, and allow yourself to rest while the sounds wash over you. There is nothing you need to do - just relax, breathe, and receive. Many people leave feeling deeply rested, refreshed, and more balanced.
To make your experience as comfortable as possible, please bring:
A yoga mat
A pillow
A blanket
An eye mask (optional)
Anything else that helps you feel warm, cosy, and supported
Wear comfortable clothing and arrive a few minutes early to settle into your space. Whether you're looking to reduce stress, unwind after a busy week, or simply enjoy some peaceful time for yourself, everyone is welcome.
